Come join us as our FP&A Lead on our Finance & Operations team - find out why we exist, what you'd actually do, and why nory would be your best next move!
Our CEO ran a restaurant himself, got tired of juggling "market-leading" systems, spreadsheets and printouts, and built the tool he wished he'd had. Nory is now an all-knowing restaurant management system — it blends real-time data with predictive AI so operators get certainty instead of guesswork, from food prep to forecasting.
We're also fresh off a $37M Series B led by Kinnevik — $57M+ raised overall — growing fast, and still small enough that one person's work is visible company-wide. Good timing to shape what comes next.
No profit lost.
We're looking for an FP&A Lead to own and build Nory's FP&A function end-to-end, turning our plans and numbers into the decisions that power our next stage of growth. You'll report to a finance leader with a deep FP&A background who'll be a real sounding board. But this is your function to drive.
The planning cycle, the reporting and the tooling are yours to design, not inherit. You'll build them smartly, with AI and automation.
You'll sit at the table for fundraising, pricing and expansion calls, and help shape the story behind them.
Start hands-on, then shape and lead the FP&A team as Nory scales.
Co-working hubs in our main cities whenever you want them.
MacBook, monitor, and a budget to make your workspace yours.
Up to 3 months a year, wherever you want to be.
Plus regular team socials in between.
Workshops and learning sessions, on us.
Everyone at Nory is an owner.
Country dependent.
Including bank holidays.
"It's all about making operators more efficient so they can spend more time doing what they love, being with their customers."
Leoni Keogh, Enterprise Implementation Manager
"Turning customer problems into machine learning problems, and picking apart the thinking behind them — that's what keeps this interesting."
Ernest So, Data Scientist
"Too often tech leads with features instead of listening. We take the time to actually understand what operators need first."
Abbi Simms, BDR & Community Lead
