Come join us as our Business Development Leader - find out why we exist, what you'd actually do, and why nory would be your best next move!
Our CEO ran a restaurant himself, got tired of juggling "market-leading" systems, spreadsheets and printouts, and built the tool he wished he'd had. Nory is now an all-knowing restaurant management system — it blends real-time data with predictive AI so operators get certainty instead of guesswork, from food prep to forecasting.
We're also fresh off a $37M Series B led by Kinnevik — $57M+ raised overall — growing fast, and still small enough that one person's work is visible company-wide. Good timing to shape what comes next.
No profit lost.
We're hiring a Business Development Leader to build and run Nory's outbound engine as we scale toward our next stage of growth. You'll lead from the front — owning your own book of business alongside the team's pipeline generation and activity discipline — while coaching reps individually to consistently hit and exceed target. This is a hands-on leadership role: you set the tempo, and the team follows.
You sit between Sales, Marketing and RevOps as a peer, shaping lead quality and SLAs — not just receiving a number to hit.
Real input on who joins next and how the function is built, as Nory scales into its next stage.
We're up-levelling the BDR function as we scale — the chance to build a genuinely high-performing team and make it your own.
Co-working hubs in our main cities whenever you want them.
MacBook, monitor, and a budget to make your workspace yours.
Up to 3 months a year, wherever you want to be.
Plus regular team socials in between.
Workshops and learning sessions, on us.
Everyone at Nory is an owner.
Country dependent.
Including bank holidays.
"It's all about making operators more efficient so they can spend more time doing what they love, being with their customers."
Leoni Keogh, Enterprise Implementation Manager
"Turning customer problems into machine learning problems, and picking apart the thinking behind them — that's what keeps this interesting."
Ernest So, Data Scientist
"Too often tech leads with features instead of listening. We take the time to actually understand what operators need first."
Abbi Simms, BDR & Community Lead
